Remodeling of a municipal facility in Hugo, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
As of October 12, 2020 this project has been cancelled by the owner who no longer intends to rebid it. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The bids will be opened publicly. Documents packages will be available for digital download from the office of the Architects by emailing to Martin Design at: mike@martin-design.net. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. Received One Bid and it was rejected. Will revise and rebid at later date.
