The intent of this project is to reconstruct the intersection of NM 74 and PoPay Avenue to provide pedestrian access and improve safety. All questions received prior to the deadline of May 16, 2023 by 5:00 p.m., will be answered via addendum and distributed to all plan holders no later than Friday, May 19 , 2023, by 5:00 p.m. The Bidders Bid Guaranty shall be five percent (5%) of the Bidders Total Bid Amount and shall be submitted before Bid Opening through either Surety 2000 or Surepath Network. For state funded Projects proof of the Bidders valid license in the form of its wallet card from the Construction Industries Division (CID) shall be submitted with the Bid per the Construction Industries Licensing Act NMSA (1978), Sections 60-13-1 to -57 (1967, as amended through 1989). For federally funded Projects, the Bidder is not required to have a license from the CID for the Projects Work in order to submit a Bid.
