In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to the construction of curb bulb-outs, curb ramps, soldier pile retaining wall and tree box filter, including temporary traffic control, temporary water pollution control, construction staking, tree removal, sawcutting and demolition of asphalt and concrete pavements, earthwork, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and curb ramp construction, storm drain system modifications, retaining wall construction, HMA and concrete paving, and signing and striping. A 10% bid bond is required with this bid proposal. A report will be forwarded to the City Council in the Council Chambers of the City Hall to wit, Few Memorial Hall of Records, and the Council may award the bid, reserving the right, however to reject any and all such bids.
