Site work for a water / sewer project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The major items of work include: Approximately 1,900 LF of 12-inch waterline, associated hydrants, valves, and appurtenances for a complete project. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Stanley Lake MUD in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.
