Demolition, site work and renovation of a library in Polson, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,233-square-foot, one-story above grade library.
The project consists of, but not limited to, supply and install of: building demolition, limited site demolition, limited excavation & sitework, concrete foundations, reinforcing steel, structural & misc. steel, wood framing, insulation & sound proofing, hot rolled metal siding, membrane roofing, aluminum storefront, composite window (alternate), glazing, metal doors, frames & hardware, ACT ceiling systems, wood ceilings, flooring, tiling, drywall, painting, cabinetry and countertops, Division 10 specialties, signage, plumbing & HVAC, electrical & lighting, audio-video communications, access controls, fire alarm. Alternate #1 - Alternate Composite Window System (Fiber Glass) Project will be prevailing wage with wage tables to be posted in Addendum 1.
