New construction of a fire / police facility in Valley Cottage, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 22,839-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility.

This project consists of a first floor, approx 10,743 SF, a partial mezzanine, approx 1,914 SF, and a 2nd floor, approx 10,182 SF.
