Site work and renovation of a civil project in Spring Green, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The proposed scope will include the following:Removal of the existing chlorination and de-chlorination facilities at the WWTF, installation of a new UV disinfection system in the existing chlorine tank, including miscellaneous concrete, metal grating and electrical work, construction of new stairway and railing modifications to the tank, and instrumentation and control programming. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Spring Green within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Questions regarding the work can be addressed to Town and Country Engineering, Inc.
