Engineer's Estimated Cost: $2,300,000 to $2,500,000 Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: A The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans and Specifications. The general items of work include, but may not be limited to, PCC curb and gutter, PCC curb ramps, PCC driveway, PCC cross gutter, PCC sidewalk, unclassified excavation, AC pavement, Traffic Signal, Street Light improvements, tree removal, construct bioswale, landscape and irrigation, adjusting utility covers to grade, signing, striping, and other associated roadway work items. A formal presentation is not planned; however, verbal questions will be answered only insofar as directing the request to the proper portion of the Bid documents. Submittal of written questions following the meeting is encouraged and the CITY will determine if a response is warranted. Response to written question will be in the form of a CITY-issued Addendum as identified elsewhere in the Specifications. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory. The CITY will NOT accept bids from Contractors that do not attend the meeting. There will be no follow-up pre-bid meeting for any contractors whom may be unable to attend this meeting.
