Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Staten Island, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of January 14, 2021, a general contractor has been awarded and construction is expected to begin mid February 2021. This contract is subject to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) entered into between the City and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York (BCTC) affiliated Local Unions As of August 2017, the New York City Mayors Office of Contract Services (MOCS) has launched the Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal (PASSPort), a new procurement system that will replace the paper - VENDEX process. All organizations intending to do business with the City of New York should complete an online disclosure process to be considered for a contract. Since you have submitted a bid to NYC Dept. of Design and Construction, we are requesting that you create an account and enroll in PASSPort and file all disclosure information. This procurement is subject to Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) participation goals as required by Local Law 1 of 2013. All respondents will be required to submit an M/WBE Participation Plan with their response.
