Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than ten percent [10%] of the amount bid for the project, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00. During the performance of this Contract, the Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The City of Ventnor reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any informalities in the bids received.
