As of November 2024, the Raleigh City Council approved the schematic design in May 2024 meeting. The next design phase will start in fall in 2024 with construction planned for 2026. The owner is negotiating the contract with the recommended CMAR team. Once the contract with the selected CMAR is approved by the City Council, a Notice of Award will be issued.
