The scope includes phased demolition, site development, and resource restoration for a new urban park space on existing grounds located off Capital Boulevard. Bid packages available for prequalification include: General Trades, Demolition, Concrete, Structural/Miscellaneous Steel, Specialties, Electrical, Site Development, Asphalt Paving, Bridges, and Landscape. Pre-qualification requirements: Prequalification forms are available by request via email. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
