On-Call Engineering Services Provided to the Hudson County Engineer's Office. Therefore, all interested Respondents should check the Purchasing Portal electronically from now through the RFQ opening. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to be knowledgeable of all Addenda related to this procurement. The County reserves the right, in its sole judgment, to reject any Respondent that submits incomplete responses to this Request for Qualifications or a Qualification Statement that is not responsive to the requirements of this Request for Qualifications. Qualifications shall be detailed (for the consultant and its sub-consultants) and shall include a statement of qualifications, detailed experience and expertise, description of relevant work, and resumes of key personnel. Resumes of each employee should be limited to no more than two pages each. All Respondents deemed qualified will be asked to submit a Cost Proposal for specified services.
