Renovation of a municipal facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project includes the replacement of four (4) rooftop units, four (4) split systems, and one (1) roof mounted exhaust fan. Existing roof curbs will remain. Curb adaptors are to be installed on the new equipment. A section of the existing screen wall around the roof mounted mechanical equipment will require minor modification to allow sufficient clearance to the new rooftop units. The existing Building Automation System (BAS) will be replaced with a new system. The new BAS system will control the new replaced equipment, as well as all existing terminal units in the building.
