The Reconstruction of the Ridgewood Reservoir Gatehouse 27 Bounded by Jackie Robinson Parkway, Vermont Place, Highland Boulevard, and Cypress Hills Street in Highland Park, Borough of Queens. Cost Estimate Range: $1,000,000.00 - $3,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bid Security: Bid Bond or Deposit in the amount of 5% of Bid Amount The Work includes Reconstruction of Gatehouse, repair and replacement in kind of exterior brick walls and cornice, replacement of flat roof membrane and insulation, replacement of pitched roof including trusses, purlins, sheathing and shingles, replacement of metal door and frames The above enumeration of the general scheme is not to be construed as including all items and operations necessary for the completion of the Work. All Work shall be completed according to the Contract Documents and as directed by the Engineer. Contractor shall write a check payable to "NYSDEC" in the amount required, in connection with permits necessary for the Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) programs listed below. The amount required will be determined by NYSDEC and provided to the Contractor by Parks.
