Union Township School Corporation Union Center Elementary School Additions & Renovations Larson-Danielson Construction is the Construction Manager as Constructor [CMc] and Union Township School Corporation is the Owner for the Project. Subcontracts for portions of the project will be awarded by Larson-Danielson Construction based on the bids received and on combinations of bids awarded. Project awards will be determined according to compliance with the contract documents and applicable provisions of Indiana State Law. Bidders must pre-qualify for this project with Larson-Danielson Construction by submitting a pre-qualification form and associated documents. The pre-qualification forms are included in the project specifications or may be obtained online from the online plan room at ELECTRONICALLYAll construction shall be in accordance with the Project Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a completed Form 96 (Indiana State Board of Accounts) with required attachments, a non-discrimination affidavit as required by State of Indiana law and Bid Security as described below. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total Bid (including any alternates) must accompany each Bid over $200,000 in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Larson-Danielson Construction Company, Inc. may require the successful Bidder(s) to furnish full Performance and Payment Bonds prior to the execution of Subcontracts. See the Project Documents for additional information. All bids shall be submitted to the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc), Larson-Danielson Construction Co., Inc. The Owner & CMc reserve the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding contracts.
