Site work, paving and renovation of a municipal facility in Colleyville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project includes both interior and exterior renovations. The interior renovations area located inside the existing Wacovia bank facility. The renovation shall include the reconfiguration of the existing service, teller, storage, and office areas into a new open office workarea with conference room spaces. The scope of the work will include, but is not limited to, selective demolition, new wal configuration, modification of exiwsitng electrical, mechanical, and fire alarm systems. The facility will received new paint and flooring surfaces in select areas. The exterior renovation includes patching and repair of select exterior wall surfaces, as well as, painting of existing sun screen systems. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price from an approved Surety Company. Bidders should submit all inquiries and/or questions concerning this project to the person identified on the cover sheet of the Bid. The City reserves the right to waive any minor defect, irregularity, or informality in any bid, quotation, or proposal. The City may also reject any or all bids, quotations, or proposals without cause prior to award.
