Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bloomfield, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
For Second Source Pump Station Automation The City of Bloomfield is accepting bids from professional firms to provide design and build services for the Second Source Pump Station Automation Project. If bids are sent by mail to the Purchasing Department office, the bidder shall be responsible for actual delivery of the bid to the Purchasing Department Office before the advertised date and hour for opening bids. If mail is delayed either in the postal service or in the internal mail system of the City of Bloomfield beyond the date and hour set for the bid opening, bids, thus delayed will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The City of Bloomfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The project is funded by a New Mexico Environment Department Special Appropriation Project (SAP). As such, all NMED contract requirements shall be followed. Additionally, Prevailing Wages shall be paid for this project, as determined by the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions - Wage Decision. The Wage Decision has been included as Appendix III. In order to submit a bid valued at more than sixty thousand dollars ($60,000), or to be considered for award of any potion of a public works project greater than sixty thousand dollars ($60,000), the contactor serving as prime contractor, subcontractor, or any tier thereof, shall be registered and obtain a New Mexico Public Works Registration Number.
