Site work and renovation of a civil project in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Cost estimate-$450,000 to $500,00 A. 300,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank 1. Interior Wet Rehabilitation (a) Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. 2. Exterior Rehabilitation (a) Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. (b) Aviation obstruction pattern painted on exterior of tank. (c) Full containment curtain. 3. Remove and replace protective coating on piping in vault/pit. 4. Miscellaneous grinding, welding, and caulking. 5. New Sump Pump and associated discharge piping. 6. New tank roof vent. 7. Modify overflow flange with new screen and splash pad. 8. New LED aviation obstruction lights and post. 9. New City logos. 10. Drill new drain holes in balcony floor surface. 11. Repair concrete foundation and grout and mortar. 12. Provide and install new grate at riser pipe in interior wet. 13. Remove existing syphon pipe and support steel from interior wet. 14. New safety climb system to the all tower ladders.
