Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Saint-Stanislas-de-Champlain, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,736-square-foot, one-story above grade recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.

Reference number : 1332631 The Municipality of Saint-Stanislas requests tenders for the construction of the Recreation Pavilion. The person in charge of the call for tenders for the Municipality of Saint-Stanislas is Mrs. Marie-Claude Jean, director general and secretary-treasurer. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-01-16. Only are authorized to tender persons, companies or companies having their main place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. This call for tenders is therefore subject to the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (ACCQO), the Quebec and New Brunswick Public Market Liberalization Agreement (AQNB) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received and declines any responsibility with regard to either of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded on the decision of the council of the Municipality, in its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by resolution of its council.
