Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sedona, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for an asphaltic concrete overlay on Verde Valley School Road in the Village of Oak Creek area. The total project length is 9,163 feet with approximately 3,231 tons of fiber reinforced asphaltic concrete with PG 70-10 binder. Other associated work includes re-established pavement markings throughout the project. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.Bids shall include all applicable taxes and must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier check, or surety bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract price bid, made payable to the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors.The Board of Supervisors of Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County.
