New construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Vancouver, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
New waterfront park at the east end of Vancouver's Olympic Village including a renewal of a portion of parkland, south of Science World, Creekside Park South. TIMELINE: Design is underway. The East Park Phase 1 concept plan was approved. The first phase of construction is anticipated to begin on the south side of the project site between the Seaside Greenway and East First Avenue in late 2026. The shoreline condition and connections to the waterfront will be designed and delivered in Phase 2. Further update in fall 2026. Construction budget is unreleased.
