The project includes 19,400 SY of removing concrete pavement, 7,950 CY of common excavation, 8,280 Tons of base aggregate dense 1 1/4 -Inch, 9,300 Ton of breaker run, 16,420 SY of new concrete pavement 8-Inch, removing and replacing 6,610 LF of curb and gutter, removing and replacing 960 SY of concrete driveway, removing and replacing 13,900 SF of 4-Inch sidewalk, 2,910 SF of 6-Inch sidewalk, removing existing street light poles, arms & fixtures and replace with 31 new poles, arms & LED fixtures, installing 3,365 LF of schedule 40 2-Inch conduit, 660 LF of schedule 40 3-Inch conduit, 17 new pull boxes, removing and replacing 2,130 LF of storm sewer, installing 47 new inlets, removing and replacing 5 manholes, 8-Inch water main cut and cap, new water services & lead service replacements, 57 long side services and 43 short side services, 3,140 SY of top soil and sod, removing and replacing existing signage, construction staking, maintaining traffic control and any other incidental items necessary to complete said work. The form provided for "Bidder's Proof of Responsibility" shall be completed and returned to the Director of Engineering not less than five (5) days before the date of bid opening. Prequalification required - yes A sworn Prequalification Statement must be submitted to City Engineer as a condition of bidding. No bid will be received from any prospective bidder who has not submitted the statement. City reserves the right to require additional information from bidder to determine whether bidder is competent and reliable.
