Key Construction, the construction manager for Tulsa Community College's West Campus Student Success Center project, is soliciting bids for interior remodel work. This project consists of an interior remodel of existing facilities into a new Student Success Center. This bid package includes phase 2 of the project which is the interior remodel. Included trades are: Millwork/Cabinetry/Countertops Doors, Frames, & Hardware Glass & Glazing Overhead Doors Framing & Drywall Painting Floor Coverings Access Flooring Miscellaneous Specialties Interior Signage Demountable Partitions Fire Suppression Plumbing Mechanical/HVAC Electrical The deadline for questions is the close of business January 21st, 2019 Please direct any questions to: ehanderson@keyconstruction.com Key Construction will open bids with the Client. The Owner and/or the Construction Manager expressly reserve the right to waive all formalities or minor irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Combination of bid packages, incomplete bid packages and/or qualified bids may be subject to rejection. No bid shall be withdrawn for thirty (30) calendar days after bidding. Bid Alternate price shall be held for (30) calendar days after bidding. Proposals shall be hand delivered or mailed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with project name, name of bidder and bid package number. Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof.
