Bid Bond 10% The Work includes: Installation of approximately 8,335 linear feet of 60-inch diameter interceptor sewer using open-cut and trenchless methods, 72-inch polymer concrete manholes, a diversion structure of the Crosstown Interceptor; a wye connection to the Paradise Whitney Interceptor both of which requires removal and replacement of a portion of the existing interceptor. Construction includes utility relocations, sewer and water realignments, access shaft construction, traffic control, large flow bypass pumping, groundwater and all other appurtenant work required to construct the specified facilities. The Engineer estimate is in the $37.6M to $43.9M range Simultaneously with the execution of the Agreement, the Successful Bidder shall furnish a Labor and Material Bond (Document 00 61 14) in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, a Faithful Performance Bond (Document 00 61 13) in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, a Guaranty Bond (Document 00 61 15) in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, the Certificate of Liability Insurance (ACORD 25), and required endorsements (CG 20 10 10 01, CG 20 37 10 01, CG 24 04 05 09, CG 20 48 10 13, and CG 04 44 03 10). All Bonds shall be secured from a surety company satisfactory to Owner and authorized to issue such Bonds in the state of Nevada.
