The Galena USD #120 invites bids for HVAC Project in the Galena Primary school, 219 Kelly Ln, Galena, IL 61036. In general, the work consists of cutting and reinforcing openings in the existing CMU wall within the gymnasium located adjacent to the HVAC units over the existing restrooms, installing new doors, removing and replacing HVAC filter and coil as well as replacing existing condensing units and lines as indicated on drawings. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that their bid is received at the time and place . The Plans and Specifications contain the details and requirements of construction and related improvements for the Galena Primary School HVAC Project. The contract awarded to the successful contractor shall be accompanied by a bond, with surety, in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price conditioned for the faithful performance of the contract and the fulfillment of other requirements as provided by law. Performance and Payment Bonds for this project shall be on AIA Document A312. The Galena USD #120 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality.
