Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Monument, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,600-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Lewis-Palmer School District is seeking qualified applicants interested in constructing a 40' x 90' Baseball pitching shed at Lewis-Palmer High School. *This project has been abandoned due to the public health crisis. There are no plans to move forward with design or construction. Prepare the chosen building site for a concrete pad foundation for a 40' by 90' steel shed for use as an indoor batting facility. See attached in Addendum A are the instructions for the shed provided by the builder. This shed had already been purchased and delivered to site. The contractor(s) shall: Construct a concrete pad foundation for a 40' by 90' steel shed according to the engineered drawings attached in Addendum A. Soil samples are attached in Addendum B. The Contractor should hold all licenses eligible to construct this shed to regional and local building codes. Finished product must comply with all applicable state and local codes: This includes obtaining and paying for any required permits.
