Including furnishing a structural evaluation, providing structural drawings, disconnecting and cutting existing plate steel, piping, ladders, electrical conduits, cables and conductors, and appurtances as required to raise the tank, extending and reconnecting items cut for raising the tank, painting furnished materials, touch-up painting existing coatings, disinfecting, bacteria testing, and site/lawn restoration. Also, the project will include alternate bid items for installation of a cathodic protection system, roof painter's rigging rail and rigging couplings, mud valve replacement, condensation drain check valve replacement, overflow pipe discharge modification, exterior over coat and dry interior partial repainting. The Project consists of Elevated Tank Modifications: This project involves raising the existing 200,000 gallon single pedestal elevated tank 15.25' including furnishing a structural evaluation, providing structural drawings, disconnecting and cutting existing plate steel, piping, ladders, electrical conduits, cables and conductors, and appurtances as required to raise the tank, extending and reconnecting items cut for raising the tank, painting furnished materials, touch-up painting existing coatings, disinfecting, bacteria testing, and site/lawn restoration.
