Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tahoe City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be performed for this project consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to construct pavement, storm, sewer, and water facilities, concrete valley gutter, hydrant relocation, maintenance and operation building and other related work necessary to complete the Tahoe City Golf Course & Winter Sports Park Maintenance Facility Replacement Project. This project is a public works project and is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), in accordance with the State of California Labor Code (Labor Code) Section 1770, et seq. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project and no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public works on a public works project unless registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5.The successful Bidder shall not pay less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the DIR. Bids must be made on the official Bid Proposal Form furnished with the contract documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond consisting of certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory corporate surety bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount and made payable to Tahoe City Public Utility District.District reserves the right, in its discretion, to accept the lowest responsible bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid or the bid process, to determine the responsibility of any Bidder, and/or to determine which bid is most advantageous to the District. After the opening of bids, bids may only be withdrawn in strict accordance with the provisions of Public Contract Code section 5100, et seq.
