Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 7,000-square-foot, one-story above grade detention facility; for the demolition of a detention facility; for the renovation of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
As of April 12, 2022, this solicitation has been cancelled. The Project consists of an approximate 7,000 square foot single story addition. Certified Small Business Enterprises (SBE) firms are encouraged to participate. As of October 30, 20p20, this project is currently under evaluation stage. A notice of intent to award a design firm has not been scheduled. A construction timeline has not been determined.
