Site work and paving for a civil project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project includes construction of approximately 2.5 miles of four-lane concrete pavement extending Conroe Park West Drive to Farrell Road and widening Farrell Road to Seven Coves Road. Conroe Park West will be extended approximately 9,800 linear feet, including a 450 linear foot pre-cast concrete beamed bridge over Crystal Creek. Approximately 2,100 linear feet of Farrell Road will be widened to a four-lane roadway. Pollok Drive will be extended approximately 1,300 linear feet until its intersection with the proposed Conroe Park West Drive. Project scope also includes construction of approximately 11,475 linear feet 10-inch to 24-inch gravity mains; approximately 3,630 linear feet of 10-in sanitary force main and approximately 18,400 linear feet of 12-inch and 16-inch waterlines and appurtenances. CSP's must be accompanied by a certified check upon some responsible bank of the State of Texas or a bid bond from a Surety Company holding a permit in the State of Texas in the amount of 10% of the bid. The amount of said check or bond will be forfeited to the Owner and the bank or surety shall be liable to the Owner for the amount in the event the successful proposer shall fail or refuse to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required. The successful proposer must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price from a Surety Company holding a permit in the State of Texas and approved by the Federal Government.
