Site work and new construction of a civil project in Langley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction of an aboveground Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) station and installation of 219m of 200mm diameter watermain to connect the Tall Timber water distribution system to the watermain at 56 Avenue and 237A Street. The new watermain will cross an existing 1050mm diameter Fortis BC Transmission Pressure (TP) gas main at 237A Street. The main will follow a pedestrian access road at 237A Street and tie-into the existing water system at the end of the cul-de-sac on 237A Street. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Award subject to final approval.
