As of July 16,2021. the project has not been awarded and no specific time frame provided at this time. The Project consist of rehabilitation and placement of an owner-provided steel bridge, additional structural and reinforcement steel, concrete abutments and drilled shafts, and other associated work as shown in the Contract Documents. The Project is allowed 150 Days for Substantial Completion from the Notice to Proceed date. Bidder's requests for clarifications will be accepted until 5PM on June 10, 2021 through the Bid Tracker site described below. A Final Addendum will be provided to registered bidders on June 14, 2021. The Town of Edgewood will publicly read the Total Bid Amount for Bids in the presence of one or more witnesses via Teams meeting at the same date and time. The 2019 Edition of the NMDOT Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings for Highway and Bridge Construction shall govern construction of this Project. The 2019 Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings are available for no cost to the Bidder through the NMDOT website at http://dot.state.nm.us/content/nmdot/en/standards.html. All Bidders submitting Bids valued over sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00) shall be registered with the Department of Workforce Solutions (DWS), Labor Relations before Bidding. The Bidder's registration number shall be included on the Bid Form. The Bidder's DWS registration number can be obtained through the website http://www.dws.state.nm.us/. If a Bidder appears on the DWS list of willful violators of the Public Works Minimum Wage Act (NMSA 13-4-14), the Town of Edgewood shall reject the Bid and shall continue to reject Bids from that Bidder for three years after the date of publication of the list. The Bidder's Bid Guaranty shall be five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Total Bid Amount and shall be submitted with the bid package.
