Renovation of a municipal facility in Cambridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Cambridge is seeking responses to this request for proposal from experienced general contractors whom demonstrate excellent project management and coordination skills to perform emergency and non-emergency building and property restoration services for the City s By-Law division. The PREQUALIFICATION process will select up to five (5) general contractors to be placed on the City s Vendor of Record (VOR) list. Only those general contractors selected will be eligible to bid on the City s work specific to the requirements listed here-in for a period of three (3) years. Proposals should address the items noted in the terms of reference. Your response MUST include the requirements outlined within the Terms of Reference. Responses that do not include all requested information will NOT be considered. Questions, clarifications or interpretations regarding this Request for Proposal shall be requested in writing and shall only be directed to the Denise Hellyer, Senior Buyer at 519-740-4680, ext. 4515, hellyerd@cambridge.ca.
