All tenders prepared on the forms provided with the tender documents and which are found to comply with the conditions listed in the Instructions to tenderers will be considered. Bids, accompanied by a bid bond issued by a financial institution in the amount equivalent to 10% of the total cost of the bid This tender bond must be exchanged at the signing of the contract against a performance guarantee and a guarantee of the obligations for pledges, materials and services in the form of guarantees and in accordance with the tender documents, the amount of each of which is they correspond to 50% of the contract price.
