As of January 25, 2023, the project is under construction, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. solicitation number 1907082, 1078-100 Constructing the Work broadly described below, in accordance with the Contract Documents, with all related appurtenances. Work shown on the Drawings, or indicated in the Specifications, or indicated elsewhere in the Contract Documents is part of the Work, regardless of whether indicated below. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Two existing buildings (a dog kennel and storage building) along western property line will stay in operation until new modular trailers arrive on site. The Owner will procure the modular trailers; the modular trailer company will deliver and set the trailers. The Contractor is responsible for foundations, utilities to the trailers, and hooking up utilities to the trailers. Additionally, the Contractor will demolish the existing storage building and provide selective demolition, an addition to and renovation of the existing dog kennel per the drawings.
