DESTINATION/JOBSITE: is defined as: Massena Intake Boat Launch along Route 131 in St. Lawrence County,Town of Massena, New York A. Massena Intake Boat Launch Recreation Improvements. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, supplies, incidentals, and other facilities (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the Contract Documents) and shall perform all work necessary or proper for or incidental to the installation, construction, and implementation of the utilities, structures, and features indicated on project drawings. In addition, the Contractor shall furnish all permits except for certain permits from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation pertaining to the acceptability of the final product. A site visit will be held prior to bid submittal. The New York Power Authority (hereafter, the Authority or NYPA) invites you to submit a proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except for services, materials and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the contract documents) and perform all operations required to perform construction services for the Massena intake boat launch recreation project as set forth in the technical specifications located in the RFP.
