This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation (HHSC) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Elevator Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). 1.Obtain high quality and timely elevator maintenance on a 24/7/365 basis with minimal disruption of services and prevention of any future re-occurrences of failure of operation; 2.Respond to emergency service request, such as but not limited to, persons trapped in an elevator car within thirty (30) minutes from the time a service call is made, under normal traffic conditions; 3.Assure all TSSA regulations are maintained and compliance orders are completed by specified date; 4.Ensure all elevator car emergency communications and notifications systems and emergency power-off switches are operational at all times; and 5.Obtain best overall value without compromising on quality and service level. *Award amount was not released for publication. *The work associated with the above noted RFP is valid from August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2022 with the option of extending the contract term for three (3) one (1) year extension terms.
