Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project will construct widening improvements between MLK Blvd and Everton Pl and maintenance improvements between Everton Pl and University Ave. The project will generally involve, but not be limited to, construction of new curb, gutter, sidewalk, landscaped medians, asphalt pavement, pedestrian ramps, driveway approaches and rehabilitating portions of existing pavement and repairing existing concrete improvements. Any questions pertaining to the items, specifications and/or scope of this bid should be directed to the Q&A tab BEFORE 2:00pm PST on January 27, 2020. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid must be uploaded prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid prices shall be firm for 90 days from date of proposal opening to permit staff evaluation and City Council award. Upon award, prices quoted will be in effect for the term of the contract. The City Council reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
