Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Red Springs, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
For Red Springs-Contract I-2020 USDA Water Treatment Plant Improvements Contract I work includes the installation of a new pre-engineered metal building and the installation of a new membrane filtration water treatment system complete with membrane treatment skids, chemical feed systems, instrumentation, new electrical infrastructure, new RTUs at three well buildings and three elevated storage tanks, and a SCADA system. Work also includes site grading, yard piping installation and modification, the installation of a lime slurry feed system, and coordination of work with Contract III contractors. In addition, Contract I includes the installation of altitude/control valves at three (3) elevated storage tank sites in the Town of Red Springs, named the Williams Street Tank Site, the Hackett Street Tank Site, and the Industrial Park Tank Site. MBE/WBE participation goals: MBE 10% WBE 10%
