**As of September 17, 2020. Project has been awarded. Bid amount received $2,612,072.60 St. Francis Neighborhood Reconstruction Phase 1 Prequalification Required: Yes The project is located on W. St. Francis Avenue from S. 44th Street to S. 49th Street and on all streets from S. 44th Street to S. 49th Street between W. St. Francis Avenue and W. Morgan Avenue. The project consists of approximately 5,900 lineal feet of road reconstruction. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 15,000 cubic yards excavation common, 3,300 tons asphalt pavement, 17,000 tons base aggregate dense, 3,000 square yards concrete driveway, 380 lineal feet 42-inch RCP storm sewer, 4,000 lineal feet PVC storm sewer, and 11,000 square yards restoration All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Greenfield, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders listfor bids to be accepted. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 90-day period after the date of the bid opening.'' The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
