Bid Security Required: Bond (either Electronic or Paper), Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid. For those bids being submitted and using a Paper Bond, the contractor may fax a signed/executed copy of the bid bond to the Department of Public Works Contract Office at 414-286-8110. If the forms are not filled out properly, it will be cause for rejection of the bid. However, the faxed copy of the bond must be received by no later than 10:30 A.M. On the same date that the bids are due for that specific official notice, or the bid will be considered non-responsive.
