All contractors that supply a proposal shall be a pre-qualified contractor by Harrison Utilities. All contractors currently on the Harrison Utilities Approved Contractors list are eligible to submit a proposal without submitting a new pre-qualification form. No bid will be received unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% but not more than 10% of the bid payable to the village of Harrison as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract, performance and payment bonds, and certificate of insurance within fifteen days after the award of the contract.
