Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Oak Grove, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 49,350-square-foot educational facility; for the construction of a 39,691-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Work of the Contract consists of construction of building upgrades at New Urban High School located at 1901 SE Oak Grove Blvd, Portland, Oregon 97267, for the North Clackamas School District, as indicated on Contract Documents prepared by Opsis Architecture and their consultants. Demolition and replacement of the existing 49,350sf New Urban High School building with a new 39,691sf building. Work also includes reconfiguration of the parking area, moving the bus drop off area to the East of the building, upgrades to the site utilities and the Annex building that will service to house students while the new school is being constructed. Bid Alternates include the demolition and replacement of the existing Gymnasium to the North of the existing high school building. Protests, Technical Questions, Requests for Clarification or Changes of Specifications and/or Bidding Requirements, including Substitution Requests, must be received by the purchasing specialist in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid closing date and time. Bidders shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements as adopted in Senate Bill 477 (effective January 1, 2006) including all filing, notification, and payment requirements; retainage for payment for labor, and the filing of a $30,000 public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The Public Works Bond shall be obtained from a corporate surety authorized to do business in this state.
