Site work for a civil project in Columbus, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 8/14/2020 project was already awarded to Infrastructure Systems, Inc $729,575 for Raw Water Main and Bastin Logan Water Services, Inc. $719,010 for Wells No. 18 and 19. The Work includes the drilling of Wells No. 18 and 19 and constructing the well, electrical equipment, valve vault, piping pumping test and chemical testing, in addition to the construction of approximately 3,000 feet of raw water main divided into the following two contracts: Contract 1-2020, WellsNo.18 and No.19 and Contract 2-2020, Raw Water Main. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. Columbus City Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. A prebid conference will not be held for this project
