Site work for a mixed-use development in Holland Landing, Ontario. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and playground / park / athletic field.
Redevelopment of Emily Park and the extension of Simcoe Trail through the Town’s open space lands. Emily Park is 1.01 acres with approximately 0.2 acres of the site being utilized for storm water management. The park currently has senior play equipment with an open play area. The park will serve as a trailhead to the extension of the Simcoe Trail. Simcoe Trail provides an important link to Holland Landings' active transportation system. The proposed trail will consist of both limestone and boardwalk features. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. As of July 2023, a tender for construction has not been issued. Construction timelines have not been defined by the owner. Updates will be made upon owners decision to proceed.
