Renovation of a mixed-use development in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
Project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed. The theatre contractor will be responsible for all demo and equipment removal required in this project, and for all of the new equipment outlined in this specification. The intention of the specification is to furnish and install complete and safely operating theatrical and architectural lighting systems with all components, both existing and new, that conform to building conditions at Trailridge and Westridge Middle Schools. The theatrical contractor is required to provide a licensed electrical contractor and shall include their bid with the theatrical bid. Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies. Bid Security and bonds will be required in accordance with "Instruction to Bidders". Subcontractor performance bond and payment bond in accordance with "Instruction to Bidders" will be required from the firms.
