Renovation of a mixed-use development in Quincy, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The City of Quincy is seeking an OPM for oversite and assisting the City with the design/ construction/commissioning of the renovation of the building located at 180 Old Colony Avenue for school purposes. Should have CM at risk experience should the City decide to pursue that route. All needed interior demolition and abatement is within the scope of the project. MEP upgrades are required as are HVAC system upgrades. Extensive plumbing work is required. Limited site work is also required for the reno.
