Renovation of a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
ESTIMATE: $376,830 - $460,570. Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the removal of existing Plumas/Urban Pressure regulator stations 1&2 and installation of a new combined station. Project includes interior and exterior piping; cast in place concrete vault; and remove and replace RTU.Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147.ANTICIPATED START DATE: On or Before March 3, 2020 COMPLETION DEADLINE: July 15, 2020.
