Cost Estimate: $220,000 - $265,000 Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, etc., necessary for the Nicholls State University Talbot Hall Phase #2 Mass Communication & Art Gallery Build Out. Contractor shall be a Louisiana licensed contractor with appropriate Building Construction Contractor License Certification or other Specialty License Certification related to the type of work to be performed in the scope of work listed in the bid documents if project equals or exceeds $50,000. A Bid Bond WITH AN OBLIGATION OF 5% OF THE BASE BID AND ANY ALTERNATES IF REQUIRED. Performance and Payment Bonds required. Workers Compensation and Employers Liability required. General Liability and Automobile Liability insurance required. Builders Risk Insurance Required. Bidder representation at the pre bid conference shall be by a principal of the prime contractor submitting the bid and/or an individual of the company having authority to make financially binding decisions on behalf of the prime contractor.
