Site work and renovation of a civil project in Chisago City, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: Interior Wet Rehabilitation Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. Interior Dry Rehabilitation Partial removal and replacement of protective coating system. Spot Repair Exterior Rehabilitation Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. Full containment curtain New tank roof vent Remove/reinstall inlet/outlet insulation New overflow pipe screen New City lettering/logos painted on exterior of tank. New safety climb system to the all tower ladders New tank mixer New recirculation pump system together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract must be complete within ten (10) weeks of commencing work, with substantial completion no later than September 25, 2020. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Chisago City shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
